OUT NOW our collaboration with the Bühler lab titled ” The RNA hairpin binder TRIM71 modulates alternative splicing by repressing MBNL1″

TRIM71/LIN-41 is a phylogenetically conserved regulator of development that controls stem cell fates. In Thomas’s paper we show that TRIM71 primarily influences the gene expression of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) through its RNA-binding ability. Read more on the FMI webpage
