We are hiring! Position in Bioinformatics
We are currently seeking to strengthen the bioinformatics support in our lab. Check out the details of the position and how to apply here.
Applications for position of a Junior Group Leader (Tenure Track) in Multicellular Systems now open at FMI

Welcome to our new postdocs, Foivos and Lucas!

Foivos is trained as a bioinformatician. During his PhD at the University of Basel, he focused on the development of computational methods for the identification and quantification of transcript isoforms from next-generation sequencing data.

Lucas studied Biotechnology at the Universidad of Valencia and obtained an MSc in Biophysics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In his PhD, he studied how spatially repeated structures, such ribs and vertebrae, emerge from temporally rhythmic gene expression. In our lab he will study how time is encoded in gene regulatory networks to ensure each developmental event is played in the right order at the right time to form a proper multicellular organism.
We are hiring! Position in bioinformatics/quantitative biology

Together with the group of Dr. Marc Bühler and in the context of the NCCR RNA & Disease, we have a position in bioinformatics/quantitative biology available – find details and a link to apply online here.
